“La Fattoria” was born from the desire to convey the taste of natural, simple things, to preserve and cultivate traditional flavours. It is an informal environment where you can find the warmth of the past and a taste for country life. The kitchen follows the rhythms of the seasons, bringing to the table products grown on site, cheeses and meat of own production. The agritourism has a large and welcoming internal restaurant and a garden set up for the summer.
The cuisine of “La Fattoria” allows you to taste the flavors, sometimes delicate, sometimes intense, of typical local dishes such as: orecchiette, macaroni, sagne ncannulate seasoned with ricotta forte, mass with cabbage and chickpeas, broad beans with wild chicory, pittule, potato pitta, grilled meats, pieces of veal in pignata… and many other specialities.
The artisan care in the preparation and the use of always fresh products add unique flavors and aromas to unmistakable and unforgettable dishes.
