The “La Fattoria” Restaurant was born from the desire to share the authenticity of Salento through simple, genuine flavors deeply rooted in tradition.
In an informal and welcoming atmosphere, guests can rediscover the pleasures of country life, with slow rhythms, natural scents, and a warm, homely ambiance reminiscent of times past.
The cuisine follows the seasons and highlights the farm’s own products: vegetables grown on-site, cheeses, and home-reared meats come together to create authentic dishes that reflect the true flavors of the region.

Every morning, a rich buffet breakfast awaits you, both sweet and savory, prepared with fresh, artisanal products from the farm.
Freshly milked milk, homemade cakes, jams, bread, yogurt, eggs, cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, cereals, juices, tea, coffee, cappuccino.. a truly authentic start to the day, celebrating simplicity and taste.
Breakfast is included for guests staying in the rooms.
For those staying in the bungalows and apartments, it is available upon request, giving each family the freedom to choose between enjoying the service or using their private kitchen.

The “La Fattoria” Restaurant is not open to the public and does not serve dinner to individual guests.
Over the years, it has been a popular spot for many visitors. Today, to provide a more personalized and well-organized service, the kitchen is reserved exclusively for pre-booked groups (educational farms, travel agencies, tour operators, and school groups).
